Obituary of Betty M. Pennell

Betty Pennell of Netcong, NJ passed away May 21, 2016, at Compassionate Care Hospice, Dover Campus surrounded by her loving family. She was 87 years old. Betty was born April 26, 1929 in Lowell, VT to the late Karle and Doris (Messer) Sargent. She worked at Dover Handbag in Netcong. Betty is predeceased by her husband Robert Pennell and her son, David Pennell. She is survived by her sons, Robert of Newark, NJ, Douglas and his wife, JoeAnn of Netcong, NJ, her cherished grandchildren, Robert Pennell, Cora Pennell and Lara Pennell, three great grandchildren and her dear friend, Karen Bartone and her cat Holly. Arrangements entrusted to Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landning Road, Landing, NJ and will be conducted privately.
