Obituary of Kevin H. Leonard

Kevin H. Leonard of Hopatcong passed away Thursday July 14 at home. He was 66. Born in New York, NY, he lived in Landing before moving to Hopatcong in 1993. Kevin was a former driver with Lakeland Bus Company in Dover. Kevin is survived by his children: Shonda Leonard, Heather L. Minneman, Matthew K. Leonard and their respective spouses (Shao-Min Yuan, Greg Minneman and Siobhan Leonard); and his six grandchildren: Grace, Christopher, Sam, Emily, Hope and Ben. He is also survived by his five siblings: Martina, Michael, Brian, Ada Thom and Hilary and by his former wife, Susan Leonard. Kevin was preceded in death by: his parents Frank M. Leonard, Sr and Ada (Hoffman) Leonard, and his older brother Frank M. Leonard, Jr. Cremation was private under the direction of Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, Landing. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club in New York City (www.madisonsquare.org) or to the Growing Stage Theatre in Netcong, NJ (www.growingstage.com) A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
