Rudolph C. Waegener of Mt. Arlington passed away recently. He was 84. Born in Brooklyn NY, he lived in Queens, NY before moving to the Lake Rogerene section of Mt. Arlington in 1972. Rudolph was the owner of Waegener Graphic Arts in New York, NY prior to his retirement. A member of the Free Masons in Queens, NY and the NRA, he enjoyed boating, music, skiing, was an avid hunter, marksman, and a self-taught craftsman. Rudy enjoyed sharing the many stories of his life experiences, especially of his childhood in WW2 Germany…to anyone who would listen. Beloved husband of Robin Barley. Devoted father of Andrew Waegener and his wife Daniela, daughter Krista Reynolds and her husband John and son Ralf Waegener and Donna Wiseburn. Loving Opa/Poppy of 9 grandchildren and a soon to arrive great grandchild. Arrangements and cremation are private under the direction of Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, Landing.
