Obituary of Dorothy Loretta Albinson

Dorothy Loretta Albinson, 79, of Mount Arlington passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. Born in Manhattan, NY on December 4, 1941 to the late Edward and Dorothy (Koch) McKenna, Dorothy resided in Hopatcong for many years prior to moving to Mount Arlington. She and her late husband, Robert, Sr. owned and operated R&G Hardware in Hopatcong, NJ. Dorothy was active in the BPO Elks Lodge and the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed reading and socializing with her large circle of friends. Dorothy's greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her two grandsons. She was predeceased by her husband Robert, Sr., in 1998. Dorothy is survived by her two sons Robert, Jr. (Elizabeth) and George (Lorrie) and two grandsons, Taylor and Brett. She is also survived by her significant other, Sheldon Levy. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends. Arrangements are private and entrusted to Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ.
