Obituary of Bonnie Jean Fatz

Bonnie J. Fatz of Budd Lake, NJ passed away peacefully on Monday, March 17, 2025 at Hackettstown Medical Center in Hackettstown, NJ surrounded by her loving family. She was 63 years old. Bonnie was born on March 30, 1961 in Dover, NJ to the late Robert and Lynda Douglas.

Bonnie was a beloved wife, mother, sister and aunt and a 1979 graduate of Roxbury High School. She was a longtime resident of Budd Lake, NJ and was employed by Prudential Insurance Company and Shop Rite Liquor Stores for many years before retiring. Bonnie was a "Social Butterfly" and a "People Person" who truly had the "Gift of Gab" but most importantly she cherished her time with her family and dear friends. In addition, Bonnie enjoyed cooking, taking care of everyone and baby-sitting for her "Fur Babies".

Bonnie is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, Joseph, her fur baby, Gracie and her devoted sister, Robin Bilancia and husband Tommy, and her cherished niece, Jenna Rose. Additional survivors include her In-laws, Maurine and Mark Munro, Nancy Smith, Jim Fatz and Charlie Fatz and many additional nieces and nephews in Florida. Aunt Joan Middleton, Virigina, cousins Gregg, Patricia Middleton of North Carolina, Charlie & Neah Fraser of California. Bonnie was pre-deceased by her son, John Robert Fatz in 2014, her father Robert Douglas in 1986 and her mother, Lynda Douglas in 2018.

Bonnie's Life Celebration Services will include a Memorial Service on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 2pm at the First Presbyterian Church of Succasunna, 99 Main Street, Succsinna, NJ 07876.
