Obituary of Laurie Ellen Bolger-Sullivan (Vorst)

Laurie Ellen Bolger-Sullivan (Vorst) of Oak Ridge, NJ passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025. She was 64 years old.

Laurie was born in Toronto, Canada on February 18, 1961 to the late John and Theresa Bolger (Morris). Laurie resided in Oak Ridge, NJ but lived in Morris County most of her life. Laurie was a Pharmacy Technician at A&P in Randolph, NJ for many years.

Laurie loved to read, watch movies, animals, loved to shop and Loves Jesus Christ. She was a diehard New York Jets Fan and loved to watch them play with her son Corey and husband Mike. Most of all she loved her children and her grandchildren.

Laurie is survived by her children John Vorst and his wife Jessica, Christopher Vorst and his wife Cyndi, Jennifer Worley and her husband John and Corey Sullivan and fiancé Emily. Her grandchildren Delilah Vorst, Layla Vorst, Lucy Vorst, Christopher Vorst, Cassidy Vorst, Chase Vorst, Justin Babcock, Lucas Worley and Londyn Worley. Her siblings John Bolger and his wife Karen along with many nieces and nephews. Laurie is predeceased by her husband Michael Sullivan, grandson Kyle Babcock and her brother Steven Bolger.

Laurie's Life Celebration will be held on Tuesday, May 20 from 9am to 11am at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ 07850. A prayer service will be held at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow at First Presbyterian Cemetery, Succasunna, NJ.
