We are so saddened by losing DJ and we keep our family in prayers . For us Dany was the friendliest, the kindest, the most humble person always willing to say hi to you and sit with you. My husband has fallen fond memories of him where Dany did not know him but would sit next to him at family functions and talk to him. For me, Dany always had a smile. I’ll miss his smile.

Daniel came to my house to tow my son's car on Tuesday. His call to me was within minutes of my AAA call. I was surprised that it was so fast and he joked about that's how he works! I know nothing about cars, and my son's car was in a weird spot AND it was dead
Daniel worked it all out, no complaints, lots of smiles. I told my husband how amazing he was. My review on Ron and Son's was all praise.
When it was in the news about an accident with Ron and Son's, I thought NO, not Daniel. When I read people's comments about him, always smiling, laughing, kind. I only met ihim for about 15 minutes,
but those were my thoughts exactly. I'm thankful for the little time I got to know him. He was a good, good man. This will hurt for a long time. I ask God to lift you up in His arms, to comfort you in this hard time.

Jay- I did not know your son personally, but I know you and your wife from the office, and I am sorry very sorry for the loss of your son DJ. From what I hear and read, he was an incredible, loving, and kind man who was there for everyone, no questions asked. DJ lit up the room with his smile every time he came into my music class at the high school. He loved music and loved to play the drums. He was a talented drummer in the High School Pop Band and was able to adapt in any music genre he was asked to play. He had wonderful leadership skills and was able to keep the band together, both musically and spiritually. He had a knack for making people laugh. He will be missed.

D.J. helped me when I had a flat tire one day. I had my 6 year old granddaughter with me. He very expertly and patiently explained every step of the process with her. He answered all of her questions and impressed the heck out of me. Please take comfort in knowing his kind heart and spirit touched complete strangers. His memory will live on forever in our hearts. My condolences to the Ortiz family. DJ truly was one of the good ones. I have been lucky to have known him since he was probably 15. He always had a smile on his face and no matter what may have been going on would see me from wherever he was and come say hi with a hug and a hey mom.
This world definitely was a brighter place with him and his impact on everyone is clearly seen. Rest in peace DJ.
