So saddened to learn of Sue's passing. We were roommates in college and I have so many fond memories of her from that wonderful time. I always felt lucky to have been paired with her; she was a nice mix of hilarious, fun, empathetic and trustworthy. I am so sorry for this great loss. I had the privilege to be in Mrs. Alese first ever ASL class at mountain lakes high school. She was not only a great teacher but her passion for deaf culture made students also want to learn and know more.
