I will not forget a long ago sailing trip sharing the main salon with Doug while cruising in Florida. I'd end each day on my laptop working on a novel, and he pestered me to write him into it. Later memories are of the several summer afternoons when he and Nancy hosted the Sailing Club at their lakeside home. I'll miss you, Doug.
