Obituary of Nadine Ann Lahavich

Nadine Ann Lahavich of the Mount Arlington, NJ passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at St. Clare's in Denville. She was 64 years old. Nadine was born on August 25th, 1961 in Denville, NJ to the late David Houtz and the late Elaine (Spease) Licata.

Nadine loved staying out of the cold, cozying up with a cup of tea and reading a book. She was an avid movie watcher and loved spending time with her closest friends. Nadine was a Medical Insurance Transcriber for Travelers Insurance for many years.

Nadine is survived by her brother Michael Houtz and sister-in-law Christine Houtz, along with nephews David Houtz & James Kaphan and nieces Katlyn Houtz & Heather Piergies, as well as her dear friend Laura Trombetta, many additional close friends and care-giver Carmela Keimel.

Nadine's Life Celebration will include a Memorial on Sunday, October 26nd from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a family eulogy at 3:45pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ 07850.
