I was Joe's Secretary when he was Sussex County Fire Marshal and remained one of his closest friends until this day. He meant the world to me and me to him. My girls, Mandy & Ashley grew up with Joe in their lives. Anyone that knew him, loved him. He made a deep impact in my life and I appreciate everything that he and his beloved Carolyn ever did for me. They brought me bells for my collection from every place they ever went on their worldly travels and I still have all of them. I spent many nights with them at all three of the Florida houses as well as Delaware. I will always remember all of our talks about his kids and grandkids - it was like I knew them all from our talks. Joe will forever and always hold a special place in my heart and will be deeply missed. I am at a loss for words I loved him so much. My heart goes out to all of you, his family.
