Obituary of Pauline M. DiElsi

Pauline Marie DiElsi, formerly of Livingston where she lived with her family before moving to Budd Lake, NJ where passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at home with her loving family by her side. She was 91 years old.

Pauline was born on December 6, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Frank Orobello and the late Caroline (Malleo) Orobello. Pauline worked as a Medical Secretary for Dr. Edward Sturchio before retiring in 1995. After retirement Pauline spent her time working with her family owned business at The Flower Studio.

Pauline enjoyed music, reading, attending church, loved all the holiday's and was very passionate about cooking Sunday dinners for her family. But most of all she loved spending time with her cherished grandchildren.

She is survived by her son Daniel DiElsi and her daughter Maria Caplan and her husband Mark. Cherished grandchildren Tristan Caplan and Brandon Caplan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Pauline is predeceased by her beloved husband Anthony in 2012 and also her sisters Rosalie Miller and Annette Bove.

Pauline's Life Celebration will include visiting on Monday, November 17, 2025 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ 07850. Mass will be offered on Tuesday, November 18 at 10:30am at St. Jude Church, Budd Lake, NJ. Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery, Green Township, NJ.
