We came from the same neighborhood in Bensonhurst and graduated from the same high school, FDR, though a few decades apart. It’s funny how life brings two Brooklyn guys together again in a small community far from home.
I always appreciated that connection and the conversations that came with it. Knowing someone who understood where you came from made Pennsylvania feel a little smaller.
Thank you for your friendship and for the memories, although short. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.
