Obituary of Brandon L. Morales

Brandon L. Morales, of the Landing section of Roxbury Township, NJ, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 21, 2026. He was 20 years old.

Brandon was born on February 27, 2006, in Hackensack, NJ, to Charles and Edna Morales. He was a lifelong resident of Roxbury Township and a proud graduate of Roxbury High School, Class of 2024.

Brandon had a natural passion for motorcycles and cars and truly enjoyed working on both of them. He was currently enrolled in Sussex County Community College where he was studying auto mechanics. Brandon had the opportunity to live his dream and was employed as an auto technician where he took great pride in his work. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing video games and collecting vintage sneakers.

Those who knew Brandon will remember him for his generous heart, genuine personality, and the special way he brought joy to those around him with his special sense of humor. Above all, Brandon cherished the time he spent with his loving family (especially his brother, Nick and his dog, Molly) and his closest friends. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who were blessed to know him.

Brandon is survived by his devoted parents, Edna Morales and Charles Morales; his loving brother, Nicholas Morales; his maternal grandparents, Adela Lopez and Doris Morales, his aunts, Nancy Morales and Jackie Berlingerio and his uncles, Joe Cruz and Chez Lopez as well as several extended family members and many dear friends. He was pre-deceased by both of his paternal grandfathers; Ismael "Pop-Pop" Lopez and Joaquin "Pada" Morales.

Brandon's Life Celebration Services will include a visitation on Sunday, August 30th, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, August 31st, at 10:00am at St. Therese R.C. Church, 151 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 07876. Family and friends are invited to meet directly at the church on Monday morning.
