Our Life Story

The Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home was founded in 1978 by Joseph J. A. and Antoinette Cinotti in partnership with the Leber Family.  Since that time, we have served the surrounding communities with facilities and grounds that have no equals.  Our home-like atmosphere, professionalism and compassion have been the benchmark of our dedication to the families we serve. Mr. Cinotti served as founding partner and the company’s first and only President and Manager until his passing in 1999.

Today, Mr. Cinotti’s two sons, Michael (a Green Twp. Resident) and Joseph (a Byram Twp. Resident) work side by side each day providing Funerals, Cremations and Life Celebrations for all of Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties. Together, Michael & Joseph have assembled an exceptional team of Life Celebration Professionals lead by their cousin, Anthony Luciani (a Hopatcong Resident).  We reside in the communities that we serve and we will be here for you in your time of need.

Building upon a "rock solid" foundation, we have become the areas premier Funeral, Cremation and Life Celebration Provider.   We pledge to continue this rich tradition of dedication and commitment to your family.  Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to care for you and yours as we do our own.

“Continuing Joseph J.A. Cinotti’s Commitment to Family Service”

Our Life Celebration Home

Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home is located in historic Morris County in the charming Landing section of Roxbury Township. We have been serving families since 1978. We are a family owned and operated funeral home with a highly trained staff that is always available to assist your family in customizing a funeral or cremation service that reflects your personal and financial needs and desires.

We are conveniently located on Landing Road (CR 631) just ½ mile from Interstate 80.  Our unique location makes our facility easily accessible not only to the families of Morris County, but Sussex and Warren Counties as well, including the Boroughs of Hopatcong, Netcong and Stanhope and the surrounding Lake Hopatcong community. Along with Roxbury Township, we provide a convenient location for those residing in the Townships of Byram, Sparta, Jefferson, Andover and Mt. Olive.

Our large newly remodeled viewing rooms and spacious gathering rooms are exquisitely decorated with soft color schemes and stately accents to create a soothing and peaceful atmosphere. Cathedral ceilings and tasteful window treatments capture the radiant light that only Mother Nature can provide.

Our large private parking lot accommodates the largest funerals and our professionally landscaped grounds incorporate the natural beauty of our community.
