Obituary of Miranda Lynn LaIacoma

Miranda Lynn LaIacoma of Hopatcong, NJ passed away on Friday, November 27, 2015. She was 24. Miranda was born June 13, 1991 in Morristown, NJ to Richard LaIacoma and to Elaine Atamanchuk LaIacoma. She pursued her passion of hair and makeup by attending the Artistic Academy in Morris Plains, NJ where she received her cosmetology license. Miranda was a 2009 graduate of Hopatcong High School. She enjoyed shopping, the beach, playing soccer, snowboarding, cooking and lived her life to the fullest. Most near and dear to her was her family, especially her brother, Davin. Miranda is survived by her mother, Elaine LaIacoma and her companion, Andrew Orinick, Jr., her father, Richard LaIacoma and his wife, Nancy and her brother, Davin. Additional survivors include her paternal grandparents, Richard F. LaIacoma and Melanie LaIacoma and Leona Neuscheler, her maternal grandparents, Rita Atamanchuk and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was pre-deceased by her maternal grandfather, David Atamanchuk, her maternal grandmother, Patricia (Washeleski) Cozza and her step maternal grandfather, Terry Cozza. Miranda's Life Celebration will include visitation on Tuesday, December 1st from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. There will be a funeral service offered on Wednesday, December 2nd at 10:00 am also at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
