Obituary of George Heise

George Heise, 67, of Saylorsburg, PA, formerly of Hopatcong, passed away on Friday May 19, 2017 in Bartonsville, PA. Born in Dover on August 29, 1949 to the late John and Ethel (Blich), George was the owner of Platinum Limousine in Hopatcong. He was a member of the National Greyhound Association. George resided in Hopatcong prior to moving to Saylorsburg, PA 14 years ago. Survivors include his wife Karen (Zeuner), three daughters, Carol Steck, Shannon Harford (husband, Robert) and Kristen Lesko (Partner, Rambo), three sons David Heise (wife, Karin), Craig Lesko (wife, Darce) and Keith Lesko (wife, Alison), two brothers, Jeffrey Heise and William Heise (wife, Donna), a sister, Cheryl Henry (husband, Michael), five grandchildren Ashlee, Justin, Danielle, Zachary and Alexa, two nephews Brian Heise and Sean Henry, two nieces Megan Henry and Kelly Heise and three dogs Baxter, Cooper and Tucker. George's Life Celebration will include a memorial gathering on Tuesday May 23, 2017 from 2-5 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A prayer service will be offered at 4:30 PM at the funeral home. Cremation was private. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.
