The Rev. Jim Howe - as he liked to call himself - was the best boss ever! I find myself quoting him and referring to him on a weekly basis; "you can't put pearls on a pig" and "you can't polish a turd" are some of his classics!
Besides being a great manager and motivator, he really cared about his co-workers, and is missed daily by all of us at The Port Jervis Automall....we are happy he got his 76 Christmas Trees....

I struggled with finding a single word to describe Jim- I settled for "unique". But Jimmy was more than unique, he was truly one of a kind. He was a character among characters, a man among men. He could make you laugh in an instant, he could motivate you to be better at what you do, he was a fierce negotiator that you would not want to be up against, and he served as an example as a loving husband, father & grandfather on a daily basis. My favorite memories of Jim were the stories, the unending number of stories that he would tell that would leave you in stitches. I was blessed to have had the time to get to know Jim and I share in the loss with all those who also are within his circle of friends and family. Godspeed James.
