Obituary of Brenda M. Notari

Brenda M. Notari of the Port Morris section of Roxbury Twp., NJ passed away peacefully on Monday, January 25th at home surrounded by her loving family. She was 77. Brenda was born on July 4, 1938 in Scranton, Pa. to the late Hayden and the late Zylpha (Rose) Morgan She was a registered nurse and during her career, she was employed by the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Dover General Hospital, Dr. Pomerantz and Dr. Sossong. Brenda was a longtime resident of Port Morris. She enjoyed swimming, cooking, attending Broadway shows and spending time with her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brenda is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Thomas, her sons, David and Raymond and her daughter, Cheryl. Additional survivors include her grandchildren, Jessica, Brittany, Krystal, Victoria, Catrina, Zackery, Chase and Cole, her great-grandchildren, Antonio, Madison, Sonia, David and Cody, her brother, Harvey & his wife, Helena. She was pre-deceased by her brothers, Elmer, Hayden, Arthur and Kent. Brenda's Life Celebration and Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, January 30th at 9:30 am at the Port Morris United Methodist Church, 296 Center Street, Landing, NJ (Port Morris). Family and friends are invited to meet directly at the church on Saturday morning. Brenda will be laid to rest privately at Stanhope Union Cemetery in Mt. Olive Twp., NJ.
