Obituary of Sadie Staniseski

Sadie Staniseski, 95, of Hopatcong, passed away on Tuesday March 1, 2016 at her home. Born in Brooklyn, NY on April 11, 1920 to the late Vincent and Rosario (Schiatta) Pergolizzi, Sadie has resided in Hopatcong for many years. She was a parishioner of St. Jude RC Church in Hopatcong and active in the Rosary Altar Society. Sadie was predeceased by her husband Edward. Survivors include her nephew, Joseph Pergolizzi, her canine companion, Mickey and many close friends. Sadie's Life Celebration will include visiting on Monday March 7 from 9-10AM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:30AM at St. Jude RC Church 40 Maxim Drive, Hopatcong, NJ. Sadie will be laid to rest at Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY.
