Obituary of Vincent Dalessandro

Vincent Dalessandro, 44, of Netcong passed away at his home on Wednesday May 18, 2016. Born in Dover, NJ on July 30, 1971 to Dolores (Rea) and Benjamin Dalessandro, Vincent worked as a Senior Facilities Manager for RINC, LLC in Alpine, NJ. Vincent had a passion for the sport of hockey and served as a volunteer coach for the Netcong Cones, NJ Snipers and North Jersey Avalanche. His keen sense of humor and quick wit brought joy to his family and friends. One of Vincent's favorite pastimes was eating and enjoying his Aunt Peg's chicken parmigiana which she would make for him regularly. Survivors include his son Andrew Dalessandro, parents Dolores and Ben Dalessandro, Sr., a brother, Ben Dalessandro, Jr. and his wife, Victoria, a sister, Marianne Callahan and her husband, Mick, two nieces, Sydney and Emma Theriault and a nephew, Michael Theriault. Additional survivors include many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Vincent's Life Celebration will include visiting on Sunday May 22 from 3-8 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday May 23 beginning at 11:00AM at St. Michael's RC Church, 4 Church Street, Netcong, NJ. All are invited to gather at the funeral home on Monday morning beginning at 9:30am. Cremation services will be private following the conclusion of Mass.
