Obituary of Robert (Bob) Kadel

Robert (Bob) Kadel, Sr., of Mt. Arlington, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016 at NYU Medical Center in Manhattan. He was 75. Bob was born in Paterson, NJ on June 29, 1941 to the late Henry & Mildred Kadel and moved to Mt. Arlington where he was an active and respected member of the community since 1963. Bob was an Exempt Fireman with the Mt. Arlington Fire Department where he served as Past Chief and on their Board of Trustees. He was recently honored for his 50 years of service. Bob was predeceased by his beloved son Patrick in 2002 Survivors include his loving wife, Linda (Canterino), devoted children, Joseph Kadel and Beth Bocchino and her husband Tyler, seven adoring grandchildren, Robert and Meg Kadel, Bill Kadel and Dani Cucco, Kris Kadel and Meredith Coleman, Tyler Bocchino and Katie Fitzpatrick, Samantha Kadel and Matt Molinari, Kellen Bocchino and Tim Moylen and Cassandra Kadel and his precious great granddaughter Ellie Jay Kadel.
