Obituary of Judy Lynne Last

Judy Lynne Last, 57, of Roxbury Township passed away peacefully on Wednesday December 28, 2016 at her home. Born in Stoneham, MA, on November 27, 1959 to the late Glenn and Joan (Russell) Walker, Judy grew up in Derry, NH. After marriage, Judy resided in Brooklyn, NY prior to moving to the Landing section of Roxbury Township 24 years ago. Judy was well known for her loving and caring nature, as well as, being a generous person and a great hostess. She loved Lake Hopatcong and trips to the beach. Judy was especially fond of visiting family and friends in New Hampshire and enjoyed boating, reading and baking. She was a member of the Shore Hills Country Club in Landing and worked at AIG Insurance as a Claims Account Executive before retirement. Survivors include her husband, Carl, daughter Stephanie Lynne Shultz, grandchildren, Brooke Lynne Shultz and Steven "SJ" James Shultz, and siblings Jill Weimer, Gregg Walker (Diana) and Janet Gee (Tom). Judy's Life Celebration will include a memorial gathering on Saturday January 7, 2017 from 4-7 PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A prayer service will be offered at 6:30 PM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Judy's memory to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
