Obituary of Stephen DeGeorge
Stephen Arthur DeGeorge, 46, of the Lake Tranquility section of Green Township, passed away on Sunday February 12, 2017. Stephen resided in Cranberry Lake prior to moving to Green Township eight years ago.
Born on December 21, 1970 to Joanne (DeLuca) and Arthur DeGeorge, Stephen earned a bachelor's degree from Rowan University and worked as an IT Specialist at Wyndham Worldwide in Parsippany.
Steve was a passionate drummer and avid musician. He enjoyed boating, fishing, camping and water skiing. Steve was a dedicated husband, loving father, son, brother and uncle whose greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his wife and two little girls.
Survivors include his loving wife, Tricia (Hayden), twin girls Amanda and Camryn, parents Joanne and Arthur, a sister Lauryn and two nieces Alyssa and Kristyn.
Stephen's Life Celebration will include a memorial gathering on Friday, February 17thfrom 2:00 to 6:00 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A prayer service officiated by Pastor Rich Peter of Tranquility United Methodist Church will be offered at the funeral home Friday beginning at 5:30 PM.
