Obituary of Jennifer L. Ward

Jennifer L. Ward, 35, of Lake Hopatcong, passed away at her home on Friday May 5, 2017.

Born in Denville on June 2, 1981 to Donna Colditz and the late Richard Ward, Jennifer resided in Belleville prior to moving to the Lake Hopatcong section of Jefferson Township eleven years ago. Jennifer enjoyed music and was an avid Boston Red Sox and Miami Dolphins fan, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her two children.

Survivors include her beloved children, Giovanny R. Garcia and Ashley N. Garcia, her devoted mother, Donna J. Colditz and her loving sister, Michele D. Ward. Also surviving are her loving Aunt and Uncle, Lynn and Mike Rozyla, her niece and nephew, Angelina and Aiden and many other family members.

Jennifer's Life Celebration will include visiting on Tuesday May 9, 2017 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A prayer service will be offered on Wednesday May 10 beginning at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Friends and family may begin gathering Wednesday morning at 9:30 AM prior to services. Jennifer will be laid to rest at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester, NJ. Donations in Jennifer's memory can be made to a charity of your choice.
