Obituary of Warren R. Harrison

Warren R. Harrison, 71, of Hopatcong, passed away on Saturday May 6, 2017.

Born in Newark, NJ, on May 5, 1946 to the late LeRoy and Edna (Bunn) Harrison, Warren grew up in Kearny and his family maintained a summer home in the Hopatcong Community since 1954. Warren became a permanent resident of Hopatcong 44 years ago. He was the owner/operator of Aquaterra Solutions, a landscape and aquatic biological company. Warren enjoyed fishing, participating in drag racing and loved watching his grandchildren play sports. Warren was a trusted and respected trainer for the Hopatcong High School football team for many years.

Warren was predeceased by his son, Jeff and his brother, Ellis Harrison.

Survivors include his wife, Patti L. Harrison, a daughter Leslie Harrison Medina and husband Rene, three grandsons, Douglas W. Harrison, Matthew J. Medina and Brian F. Medina and two stepsons, Edward P. Nufrio and Andrew M. Nufrio. Also surviving are a nephew and two nieces.

Warren's Life Celebration will include a memorial gathering on Friday May 12, 2017 from 4-8 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A service will be offered Friday evening at 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Cremation was private. For memorial donations, please consider.
