I had the privilege of meeting Joe while at merryheart. He and his family were great and I only hope that his merryheart family eased this transition. He will always be part of our family.love and miss u Joe. Will miss that smile.
I knew that Mr. E was ill recently, but we are truly saddened to hear of his passing. He and his wife Alice opened their home whenever we came to visit John & Carolyn, and they put up with many summers of raucous merriment. He will be missed by all who knew him and our thoughts and prayers are with his entire family...

Nan and I are saddened by the news of Joe's passing. Although our life paths crossed but a few times, those times were sweet. He had a way of making people feel special and appreciated.
Finally at peace and reunited in Eternity with those who have gone before; may God be merciful and give comfort to those who remember him today and always.
