To Nellie's family, Two nights ago, while having dinner with my family, we had watermelon. We mentioned watermelon pickles. I remember the first time I had them. My parents Dorothy and Harry Weeks and I attended your grandmother's funeral and repass. I was pretty young. Remember sitting at the dining room table, feeling strange that we were eating food prepared by you grandmother. Got closer to Nellie when my Grandma Ann, was in her care. Last night while Googling my name, Tommy's obituary came up, as I had written a condolence. Today I Googled Nellie. It's haerd to loose them., but you all must have great memories. I came to a few w Grandma. I brought my daughter Jane, you may remember she wore leg braces. I saw them party in Wildwood w the Legion. (The Drews). Attended some clambakes where I think they attended. No wallflowers . Nellie was a great sister to Gma. The last time I saw her, we ran into her at Charlott's Web. She hadn't changed much, recogognized me as soon as I said hello. To me she had a distinct voice, I heard her as we were leaving. She was in a booth in the bar area. Nice lady. It's nearli 5 PM as I write this. Bet there is a cocktail hour in heaven right now.

My Aunt Nellie will be surely missed! She was my Mom's youngest Sister in the Hargas side of the Family. Besides my Mom, Mary, she pre-deceased 4 other Sisters, Ann, Elizabeth, Julia, Helen, along with 2 Brothers, Martin & Joseph! Surviving Niece, Joyce, Mt. Arlington, & Nephew, Marty, Pineville, PA, Above Info was not included in Ellen Boyer's Obituary for some reason? Also, were not informed of upcoming Private Cremation Service which creates Sad/Hurt Feelings! RIP Aunt Nellie, please be assured we all LOVE You & Thank You for all the wonderful Memories of our past great times together, especially all the years we resided next door, you living at HARGAS Family Homestead, my beautiful growing up Babyhood - 2009, despite a few non-consecutive years! GOOD OLD DAYS!!
