Obituary of Edward R. Broderick

Edward R. Broderick of Byram passed away Thursday July 13 2017 at Kindred Hospital @ St. Clare's, Dover.

He was 74.

Born in Brooklyn NY, he lived in Wharton before moving to Byram 18 years ago.

Ed attended Mt. Carmel Catholic Schools, Delbarton High School in Mendham and received his business degree from New Haven College.

A salesman for Marley Mouldings in Marion VA until 2008, Ed had an infectious smile and a great sense of humor. He loved anything with wheels, especially motorcycles and dirt bikes. He loved horses, traveling, and skiing.

Ed lived for his family. He is survived by his daughter Stacie Broderick Tatham and her husband Rick; his life partner: Carol Olivo and their extended family; John and Stacey D'Onofrio, Sherry Olivo Wecht (Jason) and Chris and Lauren Olivo.; his grandchildren: Ryan, Michelle, Nick, Savannah, Christopher and Brandon; his brother Kevin Broderick and his wife Vanessa, and his brother Richard Broderick and his sister Eileen Warner and her husband Steve. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and his loving cat "Stalker".

He is now reunited with his mother Grace and father Ed, as well as his brother Michael and his sister Maureen who predeceased him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Ed's Life Celebration on Monday July 17 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing.

Cremation will be private.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of a person's choice.
