Obituary of Jeffery Allen Zeigler

Jeffery Allen Zeigler age 48 died Thursday October 10, 2013 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in NYC. Mr. Zeigler was born November 3, 1964 at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia to James and Ginger (Kees) Zeigler of Nathalie, Virginia. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife of 24 years Marie (Halloran) Zeigler and his Son Zachary of Hopatcong, New Jersey. Other survivors include three sisters; Dawn Garrison (Brad) of Brighton, Michigan, Karla Minichiello (Gabe) of Southbury, Connecticut, and Jamie VanScotter (Geoff) of Sandy Hook, Connecticut, maternal Grandmother Betty Kees, of Hamilton, Indiana, two nieces, two nephews, and one great nephew. Other survivors include his mother-in-law Mary Halloran of Wharton, New Jersey, two brothers-in-law, Tommy Halloran (Elise) of Coeur d'Alene, ID, and Matt Halloran of Maine. He was also preceded in death by sister-in-law Barbara Halloran. Mr. Zeigler also had special friends Andrew and Kathleen Zagula and daughters, Ashlyn and Adrienne of Lafayette, New Jersey Memorials for Mr. Zeigler can be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital or The Leukemia Research Foundation.
