Obituary of Veronica Marks

Veronica M. (nee: Tardive) Marks of Netcong passed away at the age of 68 on Thursday November 23, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Dover, she has lived in Netcong since 1988. A devoted child care provider and a parishioner of St. Michael's Church in Netcong, Ronnie enjoyed many trips to Disney World with her family and best friend Stevie. She is predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Paula Tardive, son-in-law Paul D'Olivo and a grandson James Marks. Loving mother of John V. Marks, Angela D'Olivo and Thomas P. Tardive and his wife Deanna. Amazing grandmother of Samantha, Joseph, Antonio, Victoria, Emma, Janelle, Aiden, Paul Jr. and Nicholas. Dear sister of Gail Tardive, Jerry Tardive (Valerie) , Roseann Lehmann (Scott), Jill Fry (Wayne), Linda Best (Robert) and Jeanette Taylor (Toby). Loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Ronnie's Life Celebration on Monday November 27 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday November 28 at 10:00AM at St. Michael's Church, Netcong. Following mass, Ronnie will be laid to rest in the Stanhope Union Cemetery, Mt. Olive Twp. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (www.pancan.org).
