Obituary of Stanislawa "Stella" Hrynaszkiewicz

Stanislawa "Stella" Hrynaszkiewicz of Byram Township, NJ passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at home surrounded by her loving daughter. She was 95 years old. Ms. Hrynaszkiewicz was born on January 4, 1923 in Stary Kornin, Poland to the late Julian Badowski and the late Antonina (Hryniewicka) Badowski.

Ms. Hrynaszkiewicz emigrated from Poland in 1969. She work for Pritchard Industries in New York City as a commercial cleaning specialist for many years before retiring. Stella resided in Bayonne, NJ for many years before moving to Byram Twp., NJ. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed cooking, gardening, going to the casinos and spending time with her faithful canine companions.

Stella is survived by her devoted daughter, Teresa "Teri" Kowalski and many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was pre-deceased by her sisters, Sabina, Janina and Regina and her brother, Tadeusz.

Stella's Life Celebration will include visitation on Thursday, January 25th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. There will be a funeral mass on Friday, January 26th at 10:00 am at St. Kateri Church, 427 Stanhope Sparta Road, Sparta, NJ #973-729-1682. Stella will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
