Obituary of Selma Kaufer

Selma Kaufer of Ledgewood passed away Wednesday February 7, 2018 at home.

She was 88.

Selma was born, raised and lived in Newark prior to moving to Ledgewood 28 years ago.

Prior to her retirement, she was a secretary/bookkeeper with McNeil Plibrico in Newark.

Selma enjoyed shopping and visiting with friends.

Predeceased by her companion Edward Jennings in 2012 and her parents Arthur "Abe" and Ida (nee: Bachelis) Kaufer.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Selma's Life Celebration Visitation on Monday February 12 from 10:AM to 1:PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing. A Funeral Service will begin at 1:PM followed by interment in the Stanhope Union Cemetery, Mt. Olive Twp.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her memory may to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).
