"Missed by One" was the name of our bowling team. Your missed by many today. Kim is a really AWESOME person. No matter how bad the situation was, she always found good in it. She possessed a talent for cheering people up and making one laugh through difficult times. We couldn't get together as often as we liked but she always had time to listen, share and care. "K"=Kindness,I= no "I" in Kim. She always put her self last. "M" = Matriarch and Mother. She kept the family together took care of a mother who was very ill, organized family events, worked and had time to be a loving caring mother and friend. "B" = Beautiful person, Big heart. "E" = Encouraging. You need help in anyway, she was always there for everyone. "R" = Role Model. "L" Like to LAUGH and LOVING. "Y" = You touched so many and asked for nothing in return. A very special person.
Even when she teased you, or picked up the slack for my bad bowling, it was never demeaning, Bowling was a little more serious. Somehow Kim could always make crafting disasters beautiful which matched her personality.
As a bowling partner,(Missed by One), scrapper (Flanders Floosies) and craft partner and friend, you have taught me so much for which I can never repay. There is no doubt in my mind that your are bowling with the angels.

I only had the pleasure and priveldge of meeting Kim a few times when I traveled to Skanska's office in New Jersey. Kim was a wonderful woman always ready to lend a hand and talk to you. I know she will be missed by her co-workers near and far.

I worked with Kim for many years at Skanska and although I never personally met her since she was in NJ and I was in NC, we would talk and chat.
