Dear Family of Ricky Knox,
I am deeply saddened for your loss/our loss. I knew Ricky way back when we were kids. My brother Mike and I used to ride with Ricky. Ricky was one of my best friends back then. He taught me how to ride. The only guy friend I ever had that kept it strictly platonic. I love Ricky. He used to come zipping down the tressle tracks the Landing side of Port Morris down Center Street to come calling on me to go ride. We had many a rough rides as he used to tinker constantly with his XR. I'll never forget once I was riding piggy back with Rick down Sammon Trails and being the daredevil he was he tried to squeeze us between a tree and a rock. Talk about a rock and a hard place. Needless to say I still have the scar on my knee. Ricky was a great person in my book. Always has been. I know he had his downfalls. However in the last couple of years, Ricky and I touched base on Facebook. It was good to see and talk to him. I was excited he finally found love with Barbara. I remember when Karen died. It was devastating. I have gone on to becoming an Addicitions Counselor, working with folks who are still bound in addiciton and doing everything I can to help them get set free. Please know that you are all in my deepest prayers for comfort from God.

I pray Ricky is in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus.
