Obituary of Charles John Campbell

Charles John Campbell, 70, of Hopatcong, known to many as "CJ", passed away, peacefully, on Saturday May 19, 2018 at Morristown Medical Center.

Born in Dover, NJ on March 8, 1948, CJ has resided in Hopatcong for 27 years. He served proudly in the United States Army from 1968-1969. He was Head Groundsman at the North Jersey Developmental Center in Totowa prior to his retirement. CJ loved bowling and participated in many leagues at Circle Lanes in Ledgewood.

Survivors include his wife, Abby (Levitt), son, Ben and his wife Brittani and two granddaughters, Chloe and Kaia.

Cremation is private. Friends and relatives are invited to CJ's memorial gathering on Sunday May 27, 2018 at 1:00 PM at 129 Elm Street, Dover, NJ.
