Obituary of John A. Flatt, Jr.

John A. Flatt, Jr., 70, passed away, peacefully, on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at Morris Hills Center, Morristown, surrounded by his family.

Born in Dover, NJ, John was a graduate of Dover High School Class of 1968. He worked on the maintenance staff at the Rockaway Townsquare Mall. John loved the music of the Beach Boys and self-taught himself to speak fluent Spanish which allowed him to serve as a translator at the Morris County Courthouse in Morristown.

Survivors include his brothers, William and wife, Lucille and Kevin and wife, Annamaria, sister Judy Madrazo and husband Tony, six nieces, one nephew and one grand-nephew.
