Obituary of Elizabeth Hamilton Goddard

Elizabeth Hamilton Goddard, 96, of Whiting, NJ passed away on Monday July 2, 2018 at her daughter's home in Morrisville, PA, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Glasgow, Scotland to the late Robert and Elizabeth (Hamilton) Sang, she came to the United States in 1950 and settled in Kearny. Elizabeth and her husband, Albert, moved to Whiting in 1995.

Elizabeth enjoyed knitting and crocheting, as well as, baking, but most importantly, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Grace Methodist Church in Kearny.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband, Albert in 2012 and her six siblings.

Survivors include two daughters, Irene Elizabeth Breiten and her husband, Richard, Allyson Graeme and her husband, Robert, five grandchildren, Richard Breiten, Jr. and wife Michelle, Kenneth Breiten and companion Stephanie Earl, James Breiten and wife, Laura, Miranda Graeme and Courtney Graeme and seven great grandchildren.

Elizabeth's Life Celebration will include a memorial gathering on Saturday July 14 from 11:00-11:30AM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A prayer service will be offered at 11:30 AM at the funeral home. All other arrangements are private.
