Obituary of Jean Pedranti

Jean Pedranti, passed away on Sunday July 6, 2014 at House of the Good Shepherd, Hackettstown. She was 81. Born in Clifton on November 5, 1932 to the late Chester Grabinski and Helen Janiec, Jean resided there, Lavallette and Whitehouse Station prior to becoming a resident at House of the Good Shepherd. She worked for New Jersey Bell in Clifton prior to her retirement in 1991. Jean enjoyed playing bingo, taking trips to Atlantic City and was especially fond spending time with her family. She was a member of the Lavallette Women's Auxiliary. Devoted wife of the late Ivan who passed in October 2007, beloved mother of Susan Higgins of PA, Denise Lejava of NJ and Marcia Bujnowski of FL, cherished grandmother of ten and adoring great grandmother of four. Relatives and friends are respectively invited to celebrate Jean's life on Friday July 11 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday July 12 beginning at 10:00AM at Our Lady of the Lake Church in Mt. Arlington, 8 Windemere Ave. Mt. Arlington, NJ. All are invited to meet directly at church before Mass. Jean will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Paterson.
