Obituary of James Michael Pearce

James Michael Pearce, of Netcong, passed away Monday August 12 at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville. He was 63. Born in Pittston, PA, "Mike" resided in Matamoras, PA prior to moving to Netcong seven years ago. He served in the United States Navy from 1972-1976. He attended college at Penn State University and worked as an Engineer Technician at Picatinny Arsenal in Rockaway, NJ. Mike was an avid fisherman, hunter and photographer and an excellent cook. Devoted husband of Lucille (Stracco), loving father of Alexander and Joseph, dearest brother of Kim Pearce and his wife, Laurie, Robert Pearce, the late Edwin Jack Pearce and the late Linda Pearce Rotondi and beloved uncle of many nieces, nephews and grandnephews.
