Dear Kari and Callie,
I am shocked and saddened to hear of Keith's passing. Keith and I met in grade school. He was a Pirates fan from the first day I met him. As a Cubs fan, we had some fun jibing over the years. We lost touch after high school, but were able to reconnect through phone calls and facebook. He teased me because I didn't have enough Cubs gear, and I teased him, because he had a den full of Pirates stuff. Totally the best. I have never met anyone who loved the game of baseball more, or knew it better than Keith.
He spoke proudly of the life he had made with his family, his accomplishments at work, and how accomplished Callie had become in school, earning scholarships, and pursuing goals and aspirations. So very very proud. I had always thought that I would get to meet you both at some time in the future.
He was a very kind and loyal friend. He made us laugh, endlessly. You are missed and remembered, rest in peace old friend.

Keith’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5: 28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

We loved talking sports with Keith; he was just a-wealth of sports knowledge. He often raved about Kari’s great cooking and Callie’s accomplishments in school. He was a good and kind soul. We will miss you Keith. Hope you will be a sportscaster in Pittsburgh Sports Heaven.

I had the pleasure to work with Keith for the past 8 years. Keith was great to work with and was always helpful. Anytime I had a question, Keith was always willing to help.
We also shared a love for the same sports teams. Being from Pittsburgh, Keith and I had many conversations about the Pirates, Steelers and Penguins.
I miss Keith, but feel very fortunate for knowing him. Just a great guy who left this world much to soon.
My deepest sympathies to his family. You will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked with Keith on a daily basis at NPA/Express Scripts for over 18 years. He was the most genuine person I know. We have shared so many memories together. Up and downs. His smile when he talk about his daughter and his funny jokes will be missed. He always had my back and I will be forever grateful. Gone too soon pal! Rest in peace my friend.
