Obituary of Jesse Ioffredo

Jesse Ioffredo, 52, of Hopatcong, passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 2, 2019 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Pequannock, NJ, on January 27, 1966 to the late Anthony and late Jessie (Angelo) Ioffredo, Jesse grew up in Wayne and has resided in Hopatcong for more than 20 years. He was the owner/operator of Jesse & Sons Landscaping and also worked for the Hopatcong DPW. Jesse enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting and fishing, but his greatest joy was spending time with his family and providing excellent service to his landscaping customers.

Jesse was an active and valued volunteer with Defiance Engine Co. #3 in Hopatcong.

He is predeceased by a brother, Anthony.

Survivors include his wife, Colette (Malmendier), three children Alexander, Joseph and Tonilynn Ioffredo, a brother, John Ioffredo, sister, Victoria Ioffredo, mother-in-law, Lucille Malmendier, sister-in-law, Angela Serio and brother-in-law, Leroy Malmendier. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Jesse's Life Celebration will include a Memorial Gathering on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 10am to 12pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. A Fireman's Service will be held at 11:30am at the funeral home with Last Call to follow at Hopatcong Defiance Engine Co. #3.
