Obituary of Cara Dawn Haefner

Cara Dawn Haefner of Three Bridges, NJ passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Morristown Medical Center surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was 27 years young.

Cara graduated from Jefferson Township High School, earned her under graduate degree from Centenary University and earned her master's degree in Social Work from NYU. She was dedicated to her work with iContracts, Inc. in Bridgewater, working as Manager of Commercial Managed Services. Cara was an active member of the New Apostolic Church in Parsippany where she used her musical talents in the church choir and orchestra, and her spiritual gifts in the congregation and small group discussions. Cara's love of music was evident in her clarinet, oboe and piano playing. She loved her pet cats and spent as much time with them as possible. Cara was a Disney World fanatic and loved planning and taking vacations to visit her favorite place here on earth, having just spent a week there with her parents in December 2018.

Cara is survived by her devoted parents, Ralph and Laurie, her aunts and uncles Dale and Pete Hubbard, Nancy Sisco, Joann Herold, and cousins Brian, Steven, Aimee, Jessica, Michelle, Justin, Sandy and Katie. She was predeceased by her two sets of loving grandparents, Raymond and Gladys Morgner and Rolf and Rosie Haefner.

Cara's Life Celebration will include visitation on Friday, January 18th from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm at the New Apostolic Church, 819 Edwards Road, Parsippany, NJ #973-227-1538, https://www.facebook.com/NACParTroy, refreshments will be served during this time. There will be a prayer service at 6:00 pm also at the church on Friday evening.
