It has taken this long for me to be able to express my sentiments. I had the great fortune of meeting Noelle through my son and now daughter in law. We shared many awesome memories, great times, laughter, love and sorrows. This my friend is the ultimate NOT FAIR.
I love you, I miss you and I will take care of all the assignments you set me in charge of!
In lieu of flowers we have established the Detective Sergeant Noelle Holl award at Valleyview Middle School to be given at grade 8 graduation.

Prayers and praise for Noelle-wonderful Mom, sister, and wife (to Brian, long ago). We remember as a strong, beautiful, and fierce woman who put her children first and her fellow human beings always. My friendship with Noelle goes back to when Brian and Brittany (5 and 4 respectively) timidly walked into our backyard to play - quickly becoming the best of friends with my sons. There is a special place in my heart for Noelle, I admired her strength, tenacity, spunk, and beauty both inside and out. I am so fortunate to have known her.

Noelle was married to my cousin and lived 2 doors away when our children were little. So many great memories we shared - happy, sad, funny, struggles. She had a very special way about her. Too young, too soon...
