Obituary of Margaretta A. Ryan

Margaretta "Maggie" A. Ryan (nee: Stanton) of Hopatcong passed away Sunday August 11, 2019 at Morristown Medical Center, Morristown.

She was 71.

Born in Newark, she lived in Livingston before moving to Hopatcong 31 years ago.

Maggie was a legal secretary/office manager with Hartford Insurance in Roseland prior to her retirement in 2010.

She loved dogs and enjoyed cooking and baking but most especially spending loving time with her husband Joseph and son Jason.

Beloved wife of Joseph M. Ryan. Devoted mother of Jason Michael Ryan. Cherished daughter of the late Warren Stanton and the late Bessie (nee: Wescott) Stanton.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Maggie's Life Celebration on Friday August 16 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing. A Prayer Service will begin at 7:30PM.

Cremation will be private.
