Obituary of Nelson Glynis

Nelson Glynis, 74, of Mt. Arlington, NJ passed away on Monday August 26, 2019 at Morristown Medical Center.

Born in Morristown, Nelson resided in the Landing section of Roxbury Township prior to moving to Mt. Arlington 20 years ago. Nelson enjoyed Rod Stewart's music, as well as, other rock bands. He loved to dance, watch TV, hang out and enjoy Budweiser beer. Nelson's favorite TV show was The Honeymooners and Nelson always thought he was The King.

Survivors include his domestic partner of 20 years, Colleen Finch, two daughters, Kim Maleyonok and husband, Michael and Melissa Rodriguez and husband, Freddy and seven grandchildren, Michael and Krystina Maleyonok, James Amendolaro, Jose, Tynisha, Thomas and Bianca Rodriguez.

Nelson's Life Celebration will include visiting on Saturday, August 31 from 9:00-11:00 AM at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to a charity of your choice.
