Obituary of Luke A. Marzano

Luke A. Marzano of Lake Hopatcong, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Bethlehem, PA. He was 38.

 

He was a thoughtful, outgoing, and affectionate husband, father, son, brother, and friend. During his life, Luke shared his love of racing with his family and friends. He celebrated each win as if it was his last. His greatest victory was his family. Luke always showed his support and love for his family. He was a great family-man and devoted friend. His love turned his house into a home; a gathering spot for his family and pets. His humor and positive attitude turned every moment into lasting memories. He was a past member of the Towaca Fire Department. Luke had a passion for car racing and legend cars. He worked as a Supervisor for Catanzaro Demolition, Montville.

 

His memory shall live on by his wife, Gloria, children, Brittni Miller, Kayla Miller, and Shane Knierim. He is also survived by his father and mother, Robert Marzano, Sr. and Karen Anne Harrington; brothers, Robert Marzano, Jr and his wife Melissa and Matthew Marzano and his fiancé Karole Rubira; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa Marzano and her husband Don Warzecha; mother-in-law, Bonnie Gist; brother-in-laws, Laurence Clayton and Thomas Clayton and his wife Cheryl; nephews and nieces, Joshua LaPooh, Zachary LaPooh, Nicholas Clayton, Daniel Clayton, and Kailey LaPooh, Katrielle Marzano, Enoch Marzano, Mishan Marzano, Ness Marzano, Hadassah Marzano, and Odelia Marzano; and step-nephew Bryan Warzecha.

 

Luke’s Life Celebration will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 from 4pm to 8pm at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, Landing, NJ. A prayer services will be said at 7:30pm in the funeral home. All other services are being conducted privately.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made directly to the family for the benefit of his children.
