Obituary of Marybeth Andrikanich
Marybeth Andrikanich (Cimicata) of Hopatcong, New Jersey passed away on November 27, 2019. She was born on September 20, 1951, in Jersey City, NJ, and raised in Bergenfield, NJ by parents Violet and Joseph Cimicata. Marybeth graduated from Bergenfield High School, Class of 1969. She went on to work for New Jersey Bell/AT&T for over 20 years and most recently worked for the Autosport Chevrolet dealership. She was a strong, passionate, and loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, Cousin and Friend.
Marybeth loved living her life to the fullest with her family and friends. Growing up, she loved spending time down the shore with her family, and over the years sharing her love for the beach with her children and grandchildren. Marybeth's love and talent for photography made sure every memory was captured for all to enjoy and treasure. Her positive, funny, and energetic personality lit up the room, and will be greatly missed and always remembered. Her favorite way to spend the summer was enjoying Lake Hopatcong on her boat with friends and family. Marybeth was happiest when spending time with her grandsons and brought them so much joy when playing in the yard, making ice cream, reading books, and taking them to fun places. She was the most proud and loving Grandma.
Marybeth is survived by her husband Robert, son Ryan and girlfriend Caitlin, son Michael and his wife Alyson, grandchildren Kyle and Blake, her brother Thomas Cimicata and his wife Barbara, and her niece and nephews Michael, Lisa, and James. She will be greatly missed by her mother-in-law Madia Andrikanich, brother-in-law George Andrikanich, brother-in-law John Andrikanich and wife Michele, and nephew Paul.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Violet and Joseph Cimicata, and brothers Frank and Joseph Cimicata.
Marybeth's Life Celebration will be on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing, NJ 07850. A Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home at 7:15pm. All other services are being conducted privately.
