Obituary of Lawrence Joseph Costello

Lawrence Joseph Costello of Netcong passed away Thursday December 19, 2019 at Morris View Care Center, Morris Plains. He was 74. Born in New York, NY, he lived in Hopatcong prior to moving to Netcong 9 years ago. Lawrence was the owner of Larry’s Food Service. He enjoyed the Yankees, Jets, cars, animals, all types of music, watching old time comedies, political news and history TV shows. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Beloved husband of Susan (nee: Valenti) Costello. Devoted father of Brad Costello and his wife Alisa, Danielle Denlein and her husband Shawn, Larry Costello and Lenny Costello. Loving grandfather of Hudson and Lily Denlein and Braiden and Blake Costello. Dear brother of Dianne Frank and her husband Kenny, niece Erica, brother-in-laws Richard Valenti, Robert Valenti and their families. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Lawrence’s Life Celebration on Monday December 23 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home, 150 Landing Road, Landing. Cremation will be private.
