We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear brother and uncle. When we moved to the neighborhood, Jeff was already an adult. We will always remember his big and kind smile, and personality to match. And, of course, his racing out of the house when those sirens sounded. Rest in Peace.

As a neighbor across the street, we had many memories...camping at the Delaware Water Gap, watching baseball games, playing kickball on the street, but the best memory I have and the funniest was when Jeff and Mr. Quinn had an argument. Mr. Quinn chased Jeff around and around a bush in front of the house. Don't know how that night ended but I laughed and laughed watching this from across the street. You will be greatly missed Jeff! I remember you as a gentle, fun-loving, funny guy. May all the special memories we all have of Jeff see us through these days ahead. You're in God's hands now. You'll be missed...
